SCOPE AND OVERVIEW

The aim of this Liaison is to address the objectives of the WPRA Memorandum of Incorporation.

The WP Business Forum will nominate a representative who, in terms of our Memorandum of Incorporation, will sit on our Executive Committee.

Objectives include:

• Build a relationship between the businesses and community.
• Develop a strategy to encourage the community to support local businesses and to buy local.
• Assist the local businesses to address the following issues through the relevant WPRA Focus Groups
  • Service Delivery.
  • Safety and Security.
  • Environment and Health – by assisting the local business centre to raise awareness of Environment and Health issues.
• To encourage the business centre to be of as highest standard as possible thus creating a desirable environment conducive to local support.
